Now out of the car we need to seperate the thermo fans and overflow container with the radiator. Using you 10mm Socket remove the 3 bolts up the top.

You will notice that there are no bolts or clips holder the thermo assembly onto the radiator at the bottom. It too sits on cushioned mounts.

So all you need to do is lift the assembly out and up, and then onto the new radiator.

bolt the thermo assembly to the new radiator an perform the removal process in reverse and you will have yourself a new radiator and $$ savings in your pocket.

You can find the coolant fill process under maintenance. There are some tricks to be had so that you get rid of all the air from the system (air is bad when it comes to cooling systems).
