Summer of drinking is awesome, not when your at work =(
I love just sitting around on the couch all day drinking beers and watching cricket, nothing better in summer. Apart from possibly sitting in a paddle pool doing it...

Hi,
I can't swim. But I do look forward to cricket, purely for the drinking. 20/20 isn't really cricket though.
Cheers,
Nik

paddle pools are only around 0.5m deep, if that. If you sit down in them the water gets upto your armpits at best. They are heaps of fun. The drinking is awesome yes. 20/20 isnt the purest form of cricket no, but its great for entertainment and is a relatively fast game and great to watch. The best fun though is sitting down at 3 in the afternoon and being totally ****faced by 10pm at night after watching an ODI. epic stuff

Cricket. ****ed off with it this year!!
I am a WACA member as are some of my friends and generally enjoy popping down every few weeks to enjoy a day or 2 of sitting on our arses drinking beer and chewing the fat. Well some bright spark has decided to have pretty much ALLLL of WA's games played at the WACA to be completed by mid November with WA playing for the next 2 months of the season over east. Idiots.
But yes, looking forward to watching and playing the game as much as I can over summer.
With the way AUS are playing at the moment not looking forward to the Ashes series mid next year. The poms might get us again.

Hi,
Was a poor show by Australia against India. To be perfectly honest I think it's refreshing to see the ****y *******s lose a game in a complete flogging.
Cheers,
Nik

hopefully the indian flogging will deflate some of their heads a bit
suddenly we arent the dominant team we once were, some of the team wont know what that feels like
will be a good summer
